LeadFollowUp ("we", "us", or "the service") provides a WhatsApp-based lead follow-up automation tool for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.

We collect the following information in order to provide the service:

• Account information — the name and email address of the business users (admins and agents) who log in.
• Lead information — the names, phone numbers, email addresses, and enquiry details of the business leads (customers) that our clients add to the system.
• Message content — the WhatsApp messages exchanged between the business and its leads through the service, so that conversations can be logged and followed up.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely to operate the service: sending WhatsApp follow-up messages on behalf of the business, generating AI-assisted replies within WhatsApp's messaging window, logging conversations, scheduling follow-ups, and showing usage and lead status to the business. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Render. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it and retain it only for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties to deliver the service, and data is shared with them only as needed for that purpose:

• Meta WhatsApp Business API — to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
• Google Gemini AI — to generate assistant replies to customer messages.
• Render — for application hosting and database storage.
